HYDROFILTER
Hydrofilter (ACI-N1) of the NOVITEK trademark is designed to clean air emissions from technological production from aerosols, solid suspended particles, harmful gases and odors. An industrial hydraulic filter (wet air cleaning insnallation) is also used in ventilation systems in crowded places.
  • Air cleaning installation system
    The wet air cleaning installation is located on the line for transporting technological emissions in the supply and exhaust or recirculation ventilation systems, or directly in the working area. Depending on the technical assignment, the air purification installation at the enterprise can be equipped with bactericidal and ozonizing units for air disinfection, an additional separation and sorption unit. Also, industrial Novitek hydraulic filters can be effectively used as part of air purification stations.
  • Efficiency of wet air cleaning
    Air cleaning installations with water, thanks to the patented technology of counter-current irrigation, when used, show better results than cyclones. The difference is especially noticeable when cleaning the air from dust and aerosols.

Hydrofilter efficiency

The hydraulic filter is designed to clean the air from fine fiberglass dust and harmful gas emissions formed at the production site of fiberglass products. This air purification unit is also equipped with a sludge removal system from the main pool and sludge separation in a settling tank.
