ABSORBER
The absorber (ACI - H3) of the Novitek trademark is intended for cleaning industrial emissions of technological emissions from aerosols, harmful gases and odors. Industrial absorbers can also be used in process ventilation systems for heat and oil exchange processes.
  • Industrial emission neutralization system
    The plant for wet neutralization of industrial emissions is located on the gas flow transportation line in the supply and exhaust or recirculation ventilation systems, or directly in the working area. Depending on the technical assignment, the system for cleaning industrial emissions at the enterprise can be equipped with an additional separation, sorption, and neutralization unit.
  • Efficiency of neutralization of industrial emissions
    Gas neutralization systems, thanks to the patented technology of counter-current irrigation and the use of a modern packing element, show better results than wet cyclones and simple scrubbers. The difference is especially noticeable when cleaning air from water-insoluble gases.

Absorber efficiency
When choosing devices for cleaning industrial emissions, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of neutralizing them from various types of pollutants at the same time to the value of the maximum permissible concentration (MPC).

The air сleaning installation ACI N3.45 with a capacity of 45 000 m3/hour is designed to clean the air from parts of feathers and foul-smelling substances generated during the disposal of products. To increase the efficiency, a special nozzle with a large contact surface was used in this absorber. Also, the design of this unit was developed specifically for cramped conditions.
